Hi all, after owning a e46 330ci sport which I sold a year ago I feel I need to get back into a bmw, currently looking for a 130i, and have found one (was meant to phone up and leave deposit today.) Was just browsing autotrader earlier as you do, and noticed this http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/2013... it seems like a bargain especially with the spec, but my skeptical side got the better of me, the next nearest priced one is 8200, private with no SH, I was always told if something looks too good to be true, it usually is, do you think its under priced, or are they dropping now?

On to the 130i vs 325i, has anyone driven both, how do they compare, and what you would personally go for, practicality doesn't really matter, usually wont be more than 2 people in the car, and whoever is in the back shouldn't be moaning, their getting a free lift!

I know the 130i will be more fun to drive and quicker, the looks are even starting to grow on me, but I just never thought i would be able to get into a e90 M sport for that sort of money.

Thanks.

If OP is asking if the car was too cheap, and the advert has been pulled, then it was a scam.

OP - did the advert say to e-mail them by any chance?

I'm fairly sure that car has something amiss, or the dealer's AT account has been hacked, from the same dealer, is this the going rate for a 3 year old low mileage MINI?

I don't think that 325i is that cheap really, 2 years ago when I was chopping my 325i M Sport with 35k miles I was getting offers around 8k from the trade and 9k private. The 325i isn't a particularly desirable car.

Checkout the rest of what they offer, that dealership often pops up on the 'lets see what AT has for sub £300'

Run, fast, etc.

Looks like it could be too good to be true then, shame its a 3 hour drive away from me otherwise I would be tempted to drive and have a look, 130 it is then!

This is the 130i for anyone who is interested.

Am I missing something here, the 325i is 8k with 70,000 miles, there's loads for a similar price with better engines and spec confused

That is the only M sport coupe on auto trader within 200 miles of me under 80k miles and under 8 grand.

Its a bit over budget as it is, so wouldn't be stretching any further.

Doesn't seem like a bargain to me. Fair to slightly cheeky price for that age/mileage. Paid less for a non M-Sport 330i with 25k less miles back in Feb this year.

325 is no contest against a 130, 130 romps it.
