How to bend windscreen wiper

My near side windscreen is becoming a mess where the wiper misses.

can anyone advise please on the best way to bend the wiper so its in contact with the glass throughout its length.

All I did was bend the arm by hand, putting a slight kink in the metal so it matches the bend on the window when at rest, As long as you don't bend it too much it should be fine on the rest of the window, best thing to do is bend it v.slightly and check it and keep bending it a little more until satisfied.
