elecrtrical faults TUSCAN

I have a Tuscan on a 51 plate and have changed the battery as the othe rwas flat all the tim I wanted to use the car. So off I go and the display shows that the charge inthe battery is going down but no battery light is showing to say the alternater is not charging so I turn round and go home charge it up and try again.As soon as I put the heater on the battery goes down .charge it up and the lights on battery goes down .the radio does not work and checked the fuses but could only find one gone that to the cig lighter .
I f anybody has any ideas please HELP!!!!!!!!!

May get more response on the Tuscan forum.
Does the Speed6 have a 'big fuse'?? I just changed mine today due to similar problems but I have an AJP8.

Edited to say have a look here in case this is similar. Problem here was the earth strap.

I do not know about the fuse but I will blow mine if I get more problems with this car ,I bought it from Newtown Motors in Cwmbran Wales and it has been nothing but a mobile swimming pool with no windscreen wipers , a speedo that says 70 while standing still no heater, the drivers window stuck, 3 batterys, fuel guage faulty and the garage charged me for fixing it due to water in it then the next time it rained it filled up with water and they did not want to know .They do not seel TVR any more so I wrote to Blackpool and they did not reply so I give up .
