LPG Conversions
Discussion
The systems vary wildly in type and component quality. 'Prins' are generally said to make and install the best kits. Having said that, there are a lot of companies making good kits. The critical part is always the quality of the installation above all else.

Thanks for the pointe to the lpg forum. I signed up almost immediately after you posted and still not been activated (although have had the e-mail through). Do you know anyone there? I don't have an e-mail address that seems to work?? lpgforum.co.uk is where you wanna be.

There's also a lot of twaddle spoken about LPG conversions too.
In my experience, the cheap chaps in Cardiff who are lambasted for being unPROFESSional are perfectly competent. I've done 2 cars there and had no probs with either in 50k+ miles. conversions were under £800. I've never had/driven any other systems so I don't know how they compare, but as i've had no probs with either of mine ...
I'm sure there are failures to report too. However, I once knew a chap whose Toyota broke down...
