I have a 350i with a set of 16" OZ alloys as seen on a number of 400/420's.....anyone know what the torque setting is for the wheel nuts?

This is the wheel style in case it makes a difference:

I start with 80 lbs/ft on alloys, and check after 100 miles... your starter for 10 maybe?

According to the hand book 40lb/ft 54Nm seems a bit low but that's what Im using and had no problems

Tight, but not so tight that you can't get them off with the average wheelbrace, I'd say.
