I keep getting this on external links from PH, mostly to ebay items. Is this a PH wide thing or is my computer not well?

It's a PH thing. When there's an ebay link, it sends it via QuickSrv. It's an affiliate thing - any links to ebay from PH subsequently earn me a few pennies

aha, it was in a spyware blocking list that's in my hosts file that's all. I'll take it out as it's kosher(ish).

Me too - Kazaa Lite was to blame in my case.
c:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts (slashes the wrong way to beat the system!) - remove the qksrv.net line and it works again.

Unfortunately (for me) I've had to remove it as too many people were having problems with it.

It was a bit wonky when browsing in opera. But then again, that PC's dead now so there's karma for you!

Has the problem been fixed ?

I still can't access external ebay links, for example the Enzo For Sale one.

Win XP / Firefox browser if that helps.

New links will work for you, existing links won't currently.
