I accept if this is me being stupid however, where do the 18mm locknuts go for the front upper wishbones? Also, what needs to be done to the rear steels locknuts to allow them to fit where they go? Which i don't know, as the manual isn't specific and my knowledge isn't enough for me to assume placement or modifications required. Thanks

Just out off interest is there a torque up figure for all these bolts as I've been replacing tarnished washers and nuts

Yes, Factory torque figures for the wishbones are min 35 ft/lb max 45 ft/lb.

Sorry but I don't understand the question. The only piece which needs cutting are the rear toelink adjusters. You can find that info in my build page as I recently did the fitting: https://www.facebook.com/UltimachCanAmBuild?ref=hl
