Decent game for £15ish - Christmas gift

Trying to find something decent for my BIL for Christmas - wanted to get The Last of Us but £25 is stretching it a bit budget wise.

He enjoyed Hitman Absolution which I bought for his birthday so was wondering about the Splinter Cell Blacklist? Can be got from Zavvi for £15.

Any other thoughts in that price range?

Minecraft would be brilliant but for value for money nothing would beat Skyrim

I realise I was pretty vague in my OP - he is not really into fantasy / space opera so Skyrim is out. More into military / aircraft / guns etc.

Far Cry 3 looks very good so nice shout.

Far Cry 3 is a superb game and will keep him busy for a long,long time.
