Call me Mr Suspicious but to me it sounds a bit like a stolen vehicle?

I'd rather burn £11,000 and consider myself up on the deal.

I couldn't run faster enough away from a car like that.

I hope that this was someone dumb enough to try and sell stolen property on the biggest single on-line marketplace on the planet, and has now given away enough information about themselves that they will be aprehended and punished accordingly.

Some hope...rolleyes

If it's genuine, then maybe a good buy for a BMW mechanic to refresh in his own time.

There isn't a big enough bargepole in the world.

I'm sure, given the location, it'll be bought by someone who will cover over the warning light and rent it out to 18 year olds.....

no history and no docs

repossession?
stolen?
stolen recovered direct from insurance?
taken in a gambling bet?
ex drug dealer who had to pay up in a hurry?

As its from Birmingham there is a very high chance this is extrememly dodgy.
Call him and you will soon get a feel for which of the above this is!

Get an HPI from the VIN number, assuming it's not cloned of course!

I'd be making a VERY VERY thorough examination of that before even thinking about parting with ANY cash.

Check VIN codes all match & not tampered with, check key status etc etc

Originally a Cornish/Plymouth car judging by the registration, Ocean are the main dealer here if that's any help.
