So, what car has had the biggest engine you've been in, and which car is the most powerful you've been in?

For me

Biggest engine - Aston Martin DB9 - 6.0L V12

Most powerful - BMW F13 M6 560bhp

Largest - 6.75 6.2 V8 Bentley S2. Bugger - damn you thorough research.

Most powerful - probably a new +8 at 370 bhp. Some way to go on the last one.

Lamborghini Gallardo. 5.0l V10 - 500bhp.
That's the largest engined most powerful car I have driven, not much between the 143bhp 1.8 4 pot that was the most powerful car I have owned.

Vauxhall VXR8 6.2 litre and about 520 bhp I think. It was at a Vauxhall track day at a damp and greasy Thruxton and the Corsa VXRs could easily catch it because the TC wouldn't let any power go to the wheels.

or a sl600 2003 v12 500bhp 590 lb ft ,probably the merc then.

Biggest engine would have been my dads 3.5 V8 Rover SD1 I learnt to drive in. Nice car but only about 155bhp IIRC

E46 M3 is the biggest engined car I've owned.

I think my RX-7 would have been more powerful though. That felt like it was nearer 400hp.
