The value of Bell's bottles?

Raiding my grandparent's loft for christmas decorations this afternoon and my Grandfather asks me to bring down the Bell's bottles while I am at it. There were quite a few there, all boxed, unopened, in pretty good condition and apparently there are more in the garage loft too that I am going to get down shortly. I have been tasked with valuing them.
Having looked at a couple of places it seems they vary from around £50-60 up to the hundreds for the rare ones.
Does anybody on PH have any knowledge of these? Are there any particularly rare ones, particular places that deal in them, etc?

P.S, I also found a mint, unopened, boxed Green Buzz Lightyear that I bought in America when I was 9 (I think) and refused to open
I have been looking for another example to gauge it's value but I can't find another one anywhere.

I know that vintage whiskys are distilled to be kept, not so sure about normal grade bottlings. Empty bottles with good labels will be worth something to someone...enjoy the contents then put the bottles back in the loft!
As for the Buzz Lightyear, hang on to it. If it is unopened you should be keeping that as an hierloom. Will be worth a fortune in years to come!

£15 - £60 judging by ebay. Depends which exact model/year etc. You need to bare in mind that although it's in original, unopened condition, they probably sold 100,000s of the things, so it's lack of rarity will effect value. There are quite a few Christmas ones, quite a few Royal Family ones (births, marriages, anniversaries), a millennium one, maybe some others, all are sealed. Some are out of their boxes and on shelves downstairs which I think are the boxes I haven't found yet.
I will take pictures in a bit, once I have been up the loft and found the others, will photograph them all together.

That's the thing, nothing I can find on eBay looks anything like it. The body is transparent green plastic, the buttons still work (makes noises, talks). It was bought in the U.S and still has the original price stickers on it. Not much U.V damage, just a little faded and the box doesn't look like any of the others I have seen.I'll post pictures later, it is pretty cool. I'm keeping it.

Perhaps I am addicted then...I love the stuff, even after having some top whack malts.
OP - any chance you can open a generic one and have a taste? Interested to see if it has kept its taste.
We bought a 54 year old bottle of Madiera when we went there. Tasted like nectar...beautiful stuff!

A guy I work with was a bottling plant manager for a major whiskey manufacturer, as such he has snaffled a few choice bottles of his own over the years and knows his stuff. If you want to email me the details I'll pass them on to him and see what he says.
