Filling cooling system

Good evening all,

I'm in the process of restoring a Tamora I'm currently in the position of engine/gearbox etc are installed and the engine has been run to check oil pressure. The next step is to fill the cooling system.

I've had a look in the varley Sagaris book and it's suggesting using a pressured system to fill it. Can I don this manually and fill it traditionally? There's very little and minimum information in the Sagaris book to do this?

Any help would be great.
