Sunday Service at Performance Car Show, NEC 12/01/14

Is it just me, or do items appear in the Calendar without announcement here, or any thread describing the event and booking details?

For instance, I saw this one today - http://www.pistonheads.com/calendar/event.asp?i=34... - and already 40 PHers had signed up and some had added a mystery reference number to their entry on the list.

I presume this number has something to do with the Performance Car Show - http://www.thenec.co.uk/whatson/performance-car-sh... - i.e. perhaps a booking reference they have made. Is that required? Is the SS in some special part of the venue, or just the general car park for the show?

Confuddled, I am, because there's no info on this anywahere on PH as far as I can see.
