Question re helping fellow PH members

I posted in TVR classics, that i found a TVR tasmin 280 a chap I know is braking from another forum .
My Only reason for the post was to help other PH members if they where searching for parts for this car.
No other reason. I known the chap for a few years.he was saying on another forum it's a shame it's being broken and I said the people on PH may find a thread helpful
So it was not directly Advertising just thinking of members on PH
But the thread was removed within minuets
Can anyone suggest a way I may inform anyone on PH that someone is braking this car. or would this also be braking the rules, or is the only way to post a link to this site !if I spot someone asking about parts for a tasmin?
