I've been told the classic is a bit more sedate.

I want to be able to turn up and have a tent pre-erected (there's that shavenarseole again), with somewhere to eat next to my tent, and somewhere clean to have a dump in the morning.

Are those facilities available at the classic?

I hope not. Porsche know how to build a Le Mans car, I really hope they take the fight to Audi.

With regards to webber himself, I expect him to excel. Hes experienced, mature, fast and hopefully will be light on the drivetrain.

It's the latter requirement that complicates...

We stay on the set of Allo Allo about 30 miles away. Was one of the greatest drives of my life a couple of years ago with Zeb in his 997 turbo failing to put any manners on the Spyder through the deserted French countryside.

The bogs there were pristine!
