how exactly? cameras make money which means people speed. The fact they did it in the knowledge they were immune from prosecution somehow makes it all the more dangerous I suppose, jesus h christ

They mentioned the two deaths in the story (how emotive), but did not actually attribute the cause of that accident to a speeding driver with a 'get out of jail free card'. I'm sure pro-camera groups would have made a big song and dance about it if it was the case.
