I love that yellow car, real nice, if I had more funds a nice old school 911 like that or the viper green one for sale at the moment would be next to my 997 GT3, I don't think I could part with the 997 and only have the old school though.

I might add a more affordable 944 or 968 to it next year though.

The yellow is a looker isnt it. Whats the thoughts on the replica stuff? Im usually dead against tarting cars up and badging them wrong - Id certainly remove the RS sticker. Seems to be a popular thing to do going by the classifieds.

Yellow car is very pretty ad I bid on one at brooklands this year that didn't make 25k but looked the part.
Lots of recreations about these days and no doubt good car but you have a 997 GT3 and having had one I have to say its the closest to a modern day aircooled you could have but you have pace and comfort with some bizarre old school charm. Weird I know but at times my old 997 gt3 C/S was like having lots of the old cars id had all together but in a great modern car. Had I not had all the issues I had with my one id still have it now

Yellow car looks great. I spotted it the other day. Gorgeous.

They drive like a classic though, all be it a quick classic. I'd actually thought about ringing the seller and doing a swap for my 996 GT3 but then I gave myself a slap.
I'd love it as well as but not instead of. GT3s, especially in CS guise feel every bit as special as the old cars, but drive like a sports car should and sound fantastic.
You can't beat the looks of some of the old cars though.
