I have used Universal turbo's , speak to graham page 01425 656900 , I would not bother rebuilding T28 when you can buy GT25RS60 for £750 + vat . much better turbo and ball raced .

universal turbos is the usual noble turbo reconditioner

did you ever download the video's you took a couple of years back on our Spa trip?

I've also been advised on AET turbos. They quoted £500 + VAT on servicing my hybrid turbos (that's new seals, balanced and cleaned up like new). I have original noble ones which were modified. I'd be tempted by your fancy ball bearing ones tux but nearly 2k after VAT is a bit too much for me right now. Thinking of dropping the power of mine a bit anyway.
