Where/when are we going to build the next London airport

Here we go again. Can't decide anything in this country anymore without an enormous 'pregnancy' period of procrastination. Pity the Foulness suggestion 30 yrs ago never came to fruition. And whatever happens, we'll probably get it done by Johnny foreigner, or sell it to the Chinese, and then grizzle that all the profits and tax money goes abroad.
