Compact for FiL

Afternoon all, sorry for the obligatory question approaching Christmas but the father in law wants a new compact and has decided that because I have two DSLRs I must know everything about compacts as well.

Budget is up to £150 and I really don't want something too complicated so a simple point and shoot would be good. No point in thinking mobile phones as he wants a dedicated compact camera.
