sauces and pack lunches

Please help people.
Give me some simple sauces that i can stir in to stir frys etc.

Also what sauce bases are thier where you just add spices, i.e. chopped tomatoes, coconut milk, lemon juice

Also some ideas that are good to freeze for pack lunches would be good
