Finished work on Friday and i thought F#$k it i've gotta change the switch panel aswell(was gonna leave until the winter) as it looks naff half carbon half wood.
So stripped it out and took the veneer off and then cut out the carbon and left it glued to the matal baking for the night.
Work up sat morning and finished it of fileing the holes out and edging and puting the Pcb back in and gluing.Left for a couple of hours and put back in car.
Well sorted and now looks the Dogs danglies, just need the ali vents to finish it all off(how much r they)and then i am gonna start on a suspension upgrade when funds allow.

Good job Simon! Did you have any trouble removing the panel like I did?
As I said in another thread, I would post some pictures of mine, but yours is almost identical!

That looks very good indeed, it works well with the grey/black leather.

It looks mental! I want one. Is it easy to take the dash and switch panel out?

The dash comes out easily enough and so does the switch panel, if you know how! Unfortunatly I didn't know how and ended up buggering up the PCB! Luckily I managed to repair it! The panel will not come out unless you prise out the window switches first! You should then be able to feel inside the holes for the nuts that hold the panel in place. Undo these then the panel should lift out!
If anyone wants to make a carbon dash, I have enough left over from mine to make another one if anyone wants to take it off my hands!

Cheers everyone glad u approve.

Mark, I did find it a little difficult to get to the nuts holding the PCB on to the centre console.
They where locking nuts (10mm) and i used a small socket set and had to lift the centre console up as much as i could to get in there.Wish i was double jointed

I also have a bit of carbon left if anyone is interested but only enough to do the switch panel.
