on behalf of a non pistonheader - anyone have a contact for a senior mortgage broker that can arrange a mix of business including refinance on residence for +70 yo, offset facility's and development finance? say £1.5 to 2m debt within 12 months. pretty varied stuff and not always plain vanilla either.
