Venison Sausage Ideas

Just got some venison saussies on special. Does anyone have a good suggestion for a recipe? I was going to do a Toad-in-the-Hole with onion gravy.

Thanks. Just remembered I've got a small Game Stew in the freezer, so maybe combine the two.

Can vary a fair bit between suppliers obviously but venison sausages can be a bit dry so having them with gravy or in a stew works well.
