Hi all,

Anybody got a standard center dash insert (that silver bit that holds the start switch, heater controls, boost gauge etc).

I'd like to borrow one for a while to take some measurements from to machine a mold for a new modified one.
Just don't want to take my car apart till I have the replacement done.

No great rush on this, and will be returned undamaged. I probaby only need it for an hour or so.

Somehwere near Dartford would be ideal.

Thanks
Andy

M400 or M12? I have an M400 one sitting here waiting to be fitted along with the M400 oil temp / pressure gauge. You are welcome to borrow it or wait till I've swapped them over and borrow the M12 one?

Thanks for all the replies guys. I think Andy is the closest.
Knew you'd have one! Will yive you a shout next time I'm going to be somewhere close. Alternatively let me know if you need a spare pair of hands for anything (given the current project) and I'll try to pop over then.

I might have a modified plan if someone is willing-

All I need is for someone to put the thing on a scanner and send me a JPG or BMP of it.
I should be able to work from that and my existing one.

The only Dim I need then is the depth that the boost gauge is sunk in.

Thanks to anyone who can help, if you're going to do it then post here just to save more than one person taking time to do it.

Thanks
Andy

It's in the manual but you have to get on your back and get your head in the footwell. You need small hands!
