When I went to the meet at McGurks recently, I saw a few cars with the PistonHeads sticker in the side window of some of the attending cars.

Is it a popular thing to put the sticker in the window, or not scratchchin what's everyone's thoughts on this as I have thought of purchasing a small blue one to advertise my elegance to the fold driving

It is posts like this that make me wonder if I should sell the Aston.
PH stickers on the windscreen , pleeeez, you will be asking next whether it is OK to put Lidl special offers cellotaped to the bonnet.
I believe an Aston insignia from AMOC is considered acceptable.

Contemplated one for mine but it's a roadster that pretty much always has the roof down
I'm not a fan of stickers and badges on the paint work (I even took the Vantage S one off)

Readers - please note who wrote this - & you know not to take him seriously wink

Of course you should have PH stickers! If you are fortunate enough to encounter another Aston driver and you see the PH sticker then you are left in no doubt that he is one of us & therefore you needn't be too embarassed asking him what his PH name is biggrin

Photo evidence to follow (ours is red and inside the windscreen)

I had a silver one on the back of my grey DB9, was visible but subtle as the colours were very similar.

Molly,my dear young lady.
As you know I hold you in high esteem but your insistence in displaying your credentials is ,how can I phrase this, well it's OK for the hoi polloi, but for you,a member of the "Country Set" , it's just not on.
So, I have been giving this some thought and respectfully suggest that you have a PH motif embroidered on your baseball cap.

Small grey one on the back of mine, very subtle - as I have a "resale grey" car. Without you lot I'd never have purchased such a good car, nor had the confidence to do so privately. I see it as a tribute to this fine, eclectic band of nutters we call Astonauts.

With the demise of the tax disc maybe there is an opportunity to display a tax disc sized PH sticker instead.

LINK

The tax disc is 3" wide so attach to back of holder (I have the magnetic type so the back is available for sticking) and away you go.
