We may not need convincing but Mr Laban could do with checking his facts...
"But in 1988, pre-chicanes, a Peugeot-powered WM coupe topped 407kph (253mph) at Le Mans, on the tree-lined part of the circuit that in everyday life is the N138 towards Tours."
Umm, I'd accept "...that WAS the N138 towards Tours." but not "IS". It's been the D438 for 3 years now.

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but having an F1 car as Garage 56 would be an interesting spectacle. Of course it would never happen, too much to lose, too much expense, calendar clash, regulations, headlights of course. But it would make for an interesting little battle in Wednesday practice until the thing breaks down as it's delicate wing flaps off on the first chicane.

I think he is old skool like me and still calls it the N138"But in 1988, pre-chicanes, a Peugeot-powered WM coupe topped 407kph (253mph) at Le Mans, on the tree-lined part of the circuit that in everyday life is the N138 towards Tours."
