Can any one give me details of recommended scratch repair outfits in or near Hertfordshire?

Unfortunately, my son parked up in a car park, and it looks like a nice big bag buckle has traveled along the rear quarter, and halfway along the drivers door!

It looks to have gone through the lacquer unfortunately, and my son is selling it in March as he is replacing it with a Fiesta ST, so we don't want to spend an arm and a leg on it.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
