Time for some decent classical music, then, especially the sort that has actual tunes. Russian composers know how to write tunes, Borodin, Rimsky-Korsakov, Tchaikovsky especially.

Start with Scheherezade, there's some great versions on YouTube, Gergiev's live version will delight you.
