I thought I was good at cleaning and waxing but..

Having owned my P&J for the past 5 months and spent countless hours bringing it up as best as I knew how to current shiny standard I realised that I'd got it as good as I could so time to call in Francis (aka Paddy) to show me how it should be detailed with one of his enhancement detail days
Well after he put in 14 hours straight, yes seriously 14, its removed that slight milky edge to the shine, all of the swirl marks, and just amazing transformation, so many thanks Paddy and hope the bacom sarnies just about sufficed !!
Too dark for decent photos now so will post some up when I can
Very much worthwhile doing and seriously impressed
thanks again

Very limited photo as via phone in my garage but will give a basic insight of a section of the bonnet where you can see the reflection from where it had received the first stage of correction. I'll for sure get some decent photos as it really is impressive what he can do.
As for cost I think it depends how much work is needed and what is capable of being done in a day (albeit he put in 14 hours plus a drive of about 45 minutes each way on top !) but was a cost of £350 for the day for the enhancement detail to the paintwork including all materials and even using some of that Swissvax crystal rock for a final 2 coats of wax and I think the Swissvax is £1200 circa per small pot - scary cost !
I can see how you can spend several days on a car now as the whole day was spent on the paintwork alone so you could spend a lot more time if there was any more significant correction needed and or you wanted the interior but think fair to say the paintwork enhancement is the single biggest difference and will gladly get some photos up when I can over xmas
thanks Andy

New boyfriend? Lol. Who might that be then. The car did come up very well, especially for a meteorite car. Like Andy said, it was probably too dark to take any photos.
Oh, the bacon sarnies def helped!
