CD Stacker

Anyone any suggestions for best location for a Stacker in a Griff? The Dealer fitted mine on the boot lining above the petrol tank but (a) the roof hits it when I put it in the boot and (b)Due to the fact that this isn't a very solid mounting, the CD sometimes jumps. (I had much less trouble with my S's with a dash mounted CD which very rarely jumped)

Mines mounted in the boot above the petrol tank and high enough so that the roof goes in without touching it,and it has never jumped.
I beleive some people have put them behind the seats.

Yep, mine was fitted from new vertically behind the passenger seat - and bolted through to the underside of the car! Loses it very well, plus you can reach it from the inside if you want to.

Mine's above the petrol tank, but on a fairly flexible mounting so I can get the roof in without problems. It only jumps very occasionally.
