W204 sport seats - different to standard seats ?? Leather

Hi all,

Looking at a white w204 c220 sport for my dad this evening. 59 plate with pan roof (an option he really wanted). Problem is he wanted full leather rather than the half artico/cloth that most are specked with.

Question is are the sport seats different in anyway to other w204 models ? More supportive/ different in shape etc....
If not I'll source him a full leather interior from another and retro fit it for him.

Sorry, can't help with seats. But one piece of advice on pan roof.

I had one on a c class. I had a lot of trouble with it rattling. To be honest, I wish I'd never had it. It was worse at slow speeds starting away. Have a good listen!

Others may disagree, but give it a good check!

Hi, got the wife a 60 plate C180 Sport Estate with panoramic roof (no rattles @ 60k miles) and half leather, normally always have full leather, and the wife loves it, not too cold in winter and won't roast the ass of you in summer. I was tempted to get the centre retrimed also but nope going to leave it.

Forgot to say that yes they are a little more supportive than you'd find in Elegance models but not massively, very comfy.

You can get the interior re-trimmed by these guys: http://www.trimtechnik.net/leather/seats/mercedes-... we've used them a few times in the past and the quality is pretty good.
