The two officers have lied all the way through the investigation. They only admitted the crime when confronted with DNA evidence.
A real eye opener on how the police actually work.

The crime is having sex with a vulnerable victim while on duty.
I almost do not care about if it was rape or not ( and I dont think any act can really be consusual while the woman is blind drunk and vulnerable, after being hit over the head and assulted - its a massive abuse of the trust their position puts them in )
The salient points are :
They lied on the official reports, saying they were performing a search.
They lied about the act initially, only admitting to it when DNA evidence was produced.
They commited the act while on duty, and were paid for the time. (all 10 mins of it)

One of the accused is an old friend and a very good friend of a close friend.
I have heard all sides so far.
Its not a plain open and shut case.
Oh OK then, I'll wait for an explanation that shows the two Bibs to be fine upstanding memebers of society and a credit to the force.
Just because you know them doesn't make them innocent. When was the last time you came across a plain open and shut rape case?
