What breed is the dog in the new pedigree advert where the Vet is talking about tartar build up

Looks like a staffy crossed with another breed as the coat is not a normal staffy coat. Any ideas?

I don't know but all these adverts annoy me. Don't want tartar build up? Feed a raw diet.

No guarantee either though, just had to do a clean and polish on a 2yr old dog that the owner has fed a raw diet to since it was 8 weeks old. This woman is a very very keen advocate of raw and very thorough, she noticed the tartar and requested the clean and commented that she was disappointed as she'd believed feeding raw would stop it happening.

Iit's frustrating how things are made to be supposedly black and white (ie feed raw and don't get tartar) when they really are not.

Seems to work for us. Touch wood!! Mind we do also feed organic raw carrots too.

But still, either way I get annoyed by adverts - love your dog, give him this c&&p instead of natural food.

, that is a fair point smile. Bryn is loving his dried fish skins which are also great for his teeth (lily's kitchen)

In answer to the OP I haven't seen the ad so I don't know but if I see I'll let you know what I think smile
