I've searched everywhere for a 3.91 diff (4bolt) phoned all TVR specialists but nothing
Anyone on here know of one?
Only other option is to import a CWP from Australia

On my car! smile sorry not much help.

I have been thinking about switching back to 3.73 but it wouldn't be till spring time. If I do I'll chase this post up at the time to see if it's still sought after

I've spoken to John at readman racing he can only get the cwp for a m80(3 bolt) later type diff as in the sagaris/Tuscan 2, mine is a 4 bolt m78 diff.
He has been very helpful and my diff will go to him once I find a 3.91 cwp (but I would rather find a diff complete)

4.3 is better suited to a 3.7 diff.

Out of interest has anybody gone the Quaife route mentioned above?

I intend to get the Quaife LSD when I have the 4.3 upgrade. I have experienced it in our (albeit much lesser powered) car - and it costs around the same for a TVR!

I had the 3.7 when I had the normal engine, I changed to 3.93 when I got gearbox to CR. But now the car has a 4.3ltr engine and big bore exhaust - so I may go back to 3.71 or quaiffe

I guess the diff in your car is the later M80 3 bolt if not it would be interested if you go back to a 3.7

this diff thing just keeps coming up.... along with the cr box that is...

i have a red rose t350 standard box and whilst im not sure of the diff i have, i am slightly underwhelmed by it.

im not one for driving at 175 that often so is it worth upgrading my diff to sharpen the acceleration/fun factor.

if so how much does this cost in general ?

ps. im an engineering peter griffin... go easy.

Quaife diff is a waste of time and money IMO. Used standard and shelled out for Quaife. Didn't see the benefit on track or road.

Spend the money elsewhere

Your looking at around £300-£450 for a 3.7diff from a breakers
If you want a 3.9 then it's going to cost £550ish for the cwp alone(from Australia) plus the cost of fitting into your diff.
My T350 has a 3.4 and it feels too long geared I have no desire to do 175 mph I would be quite happy with 120ish which is why I want a 3.9 maybe even a 4.1

Stupid question as there was never anything fitted as standard to a TVR but, what diff ratio would I expect to find in my 2004 T350C please?

Don
3.46 is most likely, 3.73 is a possibility.
