If you're into this sort of thing then Thomas Leeb is also worth a listen.

Have to say, I increasingly find this style of playing tiring to listen to, with the music often becoming lost in all of the undeniable dexterity. It's technically very good, but if it detracts from the music...

I agree with this and prefer some covers I can listen to that still make use of similar techniques, people like Igor Presnyakov:
