C63 Brakes

I own a 2008 C63 with the Performance Pack. After my recent service, Mercedes have advised I need new brakes and discs. They have quoted me just under £3k! I know my C63 has the composite brakes, but wondered what items people had replaced theirs with. I'm sure there must be some alternative after market ones available. I'm not too fussed if they are the composite or standards steels. Thanks is advance.

Rhumor has it that the standard steel ones fit but im yet to have this confirmed. Makes no real odds unless your throwing it round the track.
