Keep getting this fault code come up and no matter how hot the car gets we can get no heat in the cabin. We have tried adjusting the flap zero in the 8 factory settings but it always goes back to zero. How do you get it to save what you have set it at.?. Any ideas please?

iirc it's set at 26 I've tried to get on the Graham varley site but the server isn't responding. save it by clicking both wheel buttons together

But I think 126 is a failed flat motor or a loose grub screw on the motor

This seems to be quite a common problem with these cars (happened to me too, at the worst possible time, of course..)

Has anyone ever thought of a complete replacement for the heater/blower, something perhaps a little more mainstream/simple?

I have the sagaris manual and have followed the instructions but it always goes back to zero, not sure why. Next thing is to take it apart :-(

The flap has a memory and it needs to re-learn where open & closed is. When I changed the flap motor I needed to do this as it would only sit in the open position. Can't remember how I did it now! It should always default back to the cold setting then move to whatever position you have the rotary controller set to

I have removed the air box in the engine bay and found the flap stuck half open. I manually opened it to increase the air flow and also tightened the grub screw. I am guessing I need a new motor, is this what everyone else has also found? No matter what I do the dash will not retain any number I enter( tried the recommended 26 and lots of other numbers as well)just keeps going back to zero and the warning code reappears.

There must be a Microswitch, which is used by the Dash ECU for finding the zero position. Is it blocked ? Could you measure with a Multimeter if the switch works ?

I have taken it all apart, opened the flap manually and that gave me some heat. Looks like the solenoid has goon.
