Just a stab in the dark here but try fitting the standard bulbs back in and see if it all works again, Could be a resistance issue????

Worth a go but shouldn't be as I've all led bulbs in my dash without an issue. More likely something has been disturbed.

If you have been fiddling behind the dash try disconnecting the fag lighter, it can cause some really weird issues.
