Anyone after a cheap personal lease deal on the SLK CDI these can be had for cheap again.

Mad sheep leasing are quoting £210 including VAT over 24 months based on 10k per year.

I've asked for a quote based on 20k a year and will post up the figures when I get them if anyone is interested!

Could be a cheap diesel auto for the £££

Deposit £1900. I'm expecting a huge hike in price with my miles but we will see!

Should add £200 to deposit and £21 to monthly.

You 9+23 deal equates to 775 deposit 260 monthly on a 3+23.

So from 10k to 20k I should expect the deposit to go from £1890 to £2099 and for the monthly to rise from £210 to £230?

Are you in the business?

Thanks for everyones responses.

The lease company got back to me saying they couldn't do that deal anymore, but that some very cheap deals on Mercedes will be out very shortly for Q1.

So for now its a waiting game!

Bring back the deals of 2011/12 and Ill be back in.

Do you get any choice of spec/colour with this or is it just factory base spec?

Options on a lease car are generally not a good idea, as they just spread the full cost of the option over the period of the lease. Better to choose a higher spec model. Probably.

Mine was pre specced, with leather ,airscarf and autobox

I would imagine they all come with some spec as who would buy a second hand car with no toys.
I believe the deals are there to make cars for the second hand market.

Mine is due back at the end of May and I'm going to get another - I went for the diesel + AMG with no other options. I'll want the same again but in bright, non-metallic red.

I got an OK, but not uber-cheap deal last time, so if I can manage anything in that ballpark again I'll be happy enough. After the horrors of my previous R230 I just love the no hassle, fixed price aspect of the whole thing.Weight off my mind.

Don't suppose your sources know whether these very cheap deals are likely to include the C63? Think the new model C-Class saloon and estate is due to hit the showrooms fairly soon so just wonder if they might offer some tempting deals on the current shape to get rid of the remaining stock. A C63 estate could be of interest if they do!

C63 Estates are the rarest body style and are, for the most part, built to order (excluding dealer stock cars). Should still be able to get some deals on them. Have you tried approaching MB directly?

In my experience MB rarely offer the sort of deals that you are able to get through a leasing company. My current SLK was direct with MB and the deal wasn't as good as available elsewhere despite really pushing and trying different dealers etc...

Although worth a shot!

My deal with MB was very good. They will price match if you speak to the Business Manager.

No I haven't but I'm sure you're right, the best deals are likely to be had on cars that are sitting in stock. Might have a word with my local dealer and see what's available but a 2-year personal lease at around £550/month without a huge deposit was more what I had in mind.....
