Just got one(also see "Just bought a D20" thread) and here's a few of the results from the first 2 days.

Car bonnet at night

Local taxi

Cacti

Plaza major - Monda

I had to slip one of the car in!

The quality is superb. (These were all taken with 8.2 mp)

They're great. Love the donkey one!

Were they all taken at 12mm? (ignoring cropping factor).

Cheers,
Phil

Blimey, I thoguth you had a dragon in your living room...

They look good; I like wide angle. The only one that doesn't work so well IMHO is the donkey: the w/a has made it look a very strange shape!

If converging verticals bother you, you can use Transform within PS to ease them out a bit. Or use clever software if you're into that sort of thing!

I liked that about it! I thought it added character to the shot!

Simpo,
I love convirging virticals and the distorting effect of wide angle lenses...espsecially on buildings and cars. I think the lens is great and I'm glad I bought it... it's the first non Canon lens I've ever bought...

I think most were taken nearer the 24mm end.

Chill dude, I like them too; I was only giving you an option.

Here's a shot where they don't work, IMHO:

I would love a 12-24 as well but have just got a Nikkor Micro and need to get an SB800, so it'll have to wait

All good things come to those that wait...or something like that Martin.
