Best Nespresso machine?

Just wondering if anyone could recommend the best value Nespresso machines out there at the moment? I've seen the ultra expensive ones (around £400) but looking for something a little cheaper.

I've got a first generation Magimix which I love, but has next to no features like adjustable size cups etc.

Any information appreciated!

Recently bought a citiz with aerocinno for £135 as a present which I thought wasn't bad, also had £70 credit for pods. Can also get the U with aerocinno for around £130 from John Lewis with 3 year guarantee and the £70 credit, think the offer runs for a few more weeks.

I have one with the milk frother, never use the milk bit as it's a pain in the arse to wash every time, if you don't wash it properly you'll know about it.

I just use it for the coffee, bang for buck you can't beat it in the real world when there's 3 minutes before you need to be out of the front door to work.

If it's this one http://www.johnlewis.com/nespresso-190-citiz-and-m... which we bought for £150 then it seems pretty good. The milk thing rinses out easily if you do it straight away. It makes hotter coffee than I expected which is good.

We've agonised for ages over getting a bean-to-cup machine but I don't think we'd use it enough so the pod machine seems ideal.

The milk section is great. It just sits in the fridge and you plug it in when you make a coffee. Bung it in the dishwasher once a week or so.

Just get the cheapest, the main internal bits are all the same.

Having said that I am lusting after the big cream retro style one which is the wrong side of £300...

Any tips on where to buy capsules for quality/price?

Just buy the proper ones online or in the Nespresso stores if you live near one. The non-genuine versions are only fractionally cheaper, but are nowhere near as good.

Out of interest, which non-genuine ones have you tried?

The ones from Waitrose (can't remember the brand, various versions of the same brand) and Côte d'Or ones in France, again a few different types. None have the same body and crema as the real ones, which I think is down to them being plastic and not sealing in the machine as well.

Got that one ourselves just before Christmas. Makes a good coffee and the milk bit isn't a pain in the arse to use or clean. Straight in the dishwasher every few days.

I just went for the Krups CITIZ TITANIUM mostly based on looks seeing as they all seem the same inside. The non-milk version as I'm the only one in my house who drinks coffee and I have it black.
Should arrive in the next few days.

Never thought I would, but I purchased a Nespresso inissia machine over the weekend- cheap machine and the £40 voucher offer is on (The £40 gets you 150 capsules for almost free).

I've been through a few of them, and i'm quite happy with the taste. Very quick and consistent compared to gaffing around with my gaggia, and the resultant mess, however efficient you can be!

Also quite happy that the salesman agreed that there was no difference with the internals from the cheap to the most expensive model. Just depends if you want a particular look or a milk frothed.

Just replaced an old Krups with aa Magimix Pixie and Aerocino from JL for £125.

Aero thing is brilliant and the Pixie has a tiny counter footprint.

Another vote for the DeLonghi Lattissima+ pictured above.

The milk attachment (which admittedly I don't often use) is really easy to use and clean, which I hear can be more difficult with the Aeroccino.
