Database needed!

OK you clever lot - I need a datbase building (probably in Access unless you know something better) - it's quite simple and should not take a guru too long but I'm crap with anything IT related so need somebody to do it for me.
It's basically a database to keep customer details plus a few other bits. Of course I will pay for the work done!!!!!

Problem with this sort of thing as I see it is that its best to do them for established contacts as it takes a degree of trust. My problem is lack of contacts (especially where I live)
Given the number of IT people out and about on PH (mainly down south where much more wonga floating about), must be some milage in the idea of doing systems for PH members for them to sell on to their contacts ...
