Old car went to Guernsey, can I find if it's still alive?

[E65Ross]

My old car got exported to Guernsey, I know the original plate and its Guernsey plate but is there a way of finding if it's taxed/insured or whatever, just out of curiosity really

thanks chaps

I live in Guernsey and I don't think there is any way of searching for a car based on reg over here. What is it out of interest, if it's something memorable it might ring a bell....?
