I'd imagine Haymarket taking the easy route and leaving as is - I say this as it will still leave the interpretation of such to the individual Mod/ETC = less safe/time consuming. But I do hope so.

Not immediately, if ever. There are firms that don't get the feedback they deserve because of the old libel laws but we can't see a way forwards that doesn't involve a vast amount of work for us.
