Lip sync issue

I have a Panasonic TX-P65STW60, however ever since i bought it a few months ago it seems to be having lip sync issues with my Swiss com box (im in Switzerland, its the same as a skybox) the longer i watch tv the worse it gets, if i turn the swiss com box off and on it resets its self, for a while then steadily goes out of sync again until it looks like a dubbed movie from China!
Turning the TV on and off does not fix the issue
So it seems like its the box thats at fault not Tv however it never did it before i bought the TV!
Any thought on what could be the issue here?

Borrow a neighbours Swiss Com box and see if the problem persists?

That's what I'd do first.

if your using surround sound then this can be an issue, you can set a time delay in a sky box menu in the uk, it might be the same
