Trying to find increasingly rare cars.

Desperatly looking for a Vxr Vectra Estate in silver, with reasonable (or low) miles. Must have nav, and ideally the bigger spoke wheels rather than the snowflake ones.

Price is not an issue.

Most annoying, it wasnt a popular car to begin with, and now auto-trader has just 4 for sale. Only 2 of silver, one of which looks crap/dodgy and the second one is high mileage.

Anyone had an issue like this before and manage to find what you wanted elsewhere?

Were there any made in silver ? Check with Dougie either in the Monaro/VXR8 bit here or on vxronline. Might be worth a search on VXR online as I know he's put up production figures for various models/colours.

It could be you're looking for a car that was only in single figures at launch anyway. IIRC there were only a few hundred VXR estates.

The police disposals have to be worth a look. They definitely get them though. They're not always white with mega miles either.
