Discussion
Happy new year to all.
I really need some help please, with my 2.8 V6 I know its not an Slk but my E280 V6 2.8 2001 is doing my head in, all spark plugs have been changed battery voltage looks good 13.5 v This is a Dual Fuel setup I have tried it on petrol only still the same
Every morning cold start I get cylinders 4 5 6 misfire if I stop switch off wait 30 seconds restart at least twice the engine is fine.is this because the engine has warmed the o2 sensor , I checked for fault codes and got P0135 Heater bank 1 sensor 1 P0304 305 306 , Would the o2sensor bank 1 sensor 1 cause this problem , I tested the heater circuit with a ohm meter and got 6.5 ohms reconnected cleared the fault codes all was ok for 1 day now its back again could this be a wiring loom fault
Engine no.: 112921 30 838443

well I would like to thank everyone that replied so a big thank you
I have now sorted the car thanks to the LPG forum and BBA Reman forum
The bank 1 sensor1 and sensor 2 was replaced still had the fault , so I took the car the gas installer at crane garage
The gas mixture was checked and found to be running rich , this was adjusted and the car has started fine when cold for the past week
