So this must be the first LaFerrari for sale?
Or is it just a publicity stunt by the 'seller' Semco?

But if it is genuine, how did they get around the clause in the contract that Ferrari has the right to buy back the car within 2 years after purchase?
And the 1/499 label, does that mean it is the 1st LaFerrari, or just one of the 499, and has every LaFerrari the same label?
