Anyone thinking of changing their exhaust any time soon might find this video of interest. The exhaust is made by a very skillfull chap called Dave (formally owner of Urban Racing) who now works for BCS. Dave fitted my exhaust (the first to a 3R) almost 5 years ago and it is still going strong:
